The short answer
If you want to set up a roleplay server with ESX or QBCore from a txAdmin recipe, take plan M at €12.99 / month. For a freeroam, drift or racing server without a framework, plan S at €7.99 / month is enough. Both include txAdmin, as well as the MySQL database a recipe requires.
Not sure yet how big your project will get? How much does a FiveM server cost? breaks down what drives the requirement - framework, custom content, script quality and the database.
FiveM server hosting from €7.99 / month
Prepaid without a contract, DDoS protection up to 250 Gbit/s.

txAdmin itself is lightweight. What determines the requirement is the path you choose in the setup wizard:
- A recipe installs an entire framework. The deployer downloads a complete template, sets up the resources and imports the database tables. From the first start, you have a full roleplay foundation with jobs, inventory and economy running - and that occupies memory even when nobody is online yet.
- Your own build grows with you. If you start with a few standalone scripts and only use txAdmin for restarts, player management and admin accounts, you need considerably less.
The player count is deliberately missing from this list. We don't sell slots; you set the upper limit yourself. A recipe server with only a few players can need more than a busy freeroam server, because scripts, vehicles and interiors sit in memory as soon as the server runs.
The plans at a glance
All four plans with the current prices from our system. Every button takes you to the order with game and plan already selected:
| Plan | RAM | NVMe | Price | Best for | Order |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| FiveM S | 6 GB | 40 GB | €7.99 / month | freeroam, drift or racing with a few standalone scripts | Order S |
| FiveM MOur recommendation | 8 GB | 60 GB | €12.99 / month | first RP server from a txAdmin recipe with ESX or QBCore | Order M |
| FiveM L | 12 GB | 100 GB | €18.99 / month | active RP server with custom MLOs and a grown script collection | Order L |
| FiveM XL | 16 GB | 150 GB | €26.99 / month | serious RP with whitelist, many jobs and custom vehicles | Order XL |
A recipe is a starting point, not a finished server. Once custom buildings, more jobs and custom vehicles arrive after the first few weeks, L is the next step. You do the upgrade yourself in the customer interface; resources, configuration and database are kept.
What comes with txAdmin on our servers
txAdmin needs more than a switch to hold up in everyday use. That is why every plan includes:
- txAdmin you activate yourself. The switch is in the server settings - no ticket, no waiting.
- A separate address for the panel. You reach txAdmin via the second port address of your server, separate from the game port your players use.
- MySQL database with phpMyAdmin. You enter the credentials in the recipe wizard, and txAdmin takes care of the import.
- Full access to
resourcesandserver.cfgvia web file manager, SFTP and config editor - even with txAdmin active. - Live console in the browser. This is where the one-time code appears that proves you are the owner when you open the panel for the first time.
- DDoS protection up to 250 Gbit/s and a location in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Two things are up to you. You create the Cfx.re license key yourself, free of charge, in the Cfx.re portal. And backups are self-service: you download resources via SFTP and the database as an SQL export.
From order to running panel
- Order a plan. The server is ready in around 120 seconds.
- Create a license key in the Cfx.re portal and enter it - no FiveM server starts without one.
- Switch on txAdmin in the server settings and restart the server.
- Open the second port address from the web interface in your browser and enter the code from the live console.
- Create an admin account and choose a recipe in the wizard, or take over the existing server.
- With a recipe, enter the database credentials and let the deployer run.
After that, the foundation is in place and the real work begins: you build jobs, vehicles and rules yourself. A recipe gives you ESX or QBCore in a working state, but turning it into a server with its own identity is a project of weeks, not evenings.
What you should know before ordering
Three points that sales copy likes to leave out:
- txAdmin is not switched on by default. Without the switch, the server runs your
server.cfgdirectly. The two modes are mutually exclusive - you pick one. - Schedule restarts from one source only. txAdmin has a schedule with in-game announcements, our web interface has a task scheduler. Use one of them.
- The FXServer build does not update itself. You set the build your server uses in the settings yourself. The upside: your RP server doesn't silently jump to a version you haven't tested.
And the biggest item isn't on any invoice: your time. A recipe saves you the first evening, not the months after it.
Prepaid instead of a fixed-term contract
Whether an RP project turns into a community only becomes clear after a few weeks. With us, you don't commit to anything for that: you top up credit, the server runs as long as it lasts and ends without a cancellation. The details are on Game servers without a contract; the two billing models are compared in Prepaid or subscription?.
If your server already runs with another provider, you bring along resources, server.cfg and an SQL export of the database. In the txAdmin wizard, you then choose the option for an existing server instead of a recipe. Top-ups work with PayPal, bank transfer, credit card or Paysafecard - see Payment methods.
